7 more cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Nodaway County


MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department has confirmed seven more cases of COVID-19 in the county.

The Health Department says the latest patients are a teenage girl, three women in their 20s, one man in his 50s, one woman in her 60s, and one woman in her 80s.

Health officials say this now brings the total number of cases in the county to 155. Officials add that 78 individuals are no longer in isolation.

Seven individuals with underlying medical conditions have been hospitalized, and two have since been released. The Health Department continues to strongly urge residents to social distance and practice good hygiene.
